Like any great product or service, it always begins with a need that isn’t being met. In the logistics arena, every new venture started with an itch that needed to be scratched. With a combined experience of over 30 years in temperature-controlled trucking, rail, air and ocean, we’ve got quite a bit of experience with cold supply-chain. With years of dealing with sub-par customer service, antiquated technology, and lack of communication, it was only time that we opened up our own cold-storage warehouse.
We created our first warehouse here in Vernon, CA as one of the main distribution points in the West Coast. We named the company Flow Cold Storage, or Flow for short. The idea of Flow came from a famous quote from Bruce Lee, “Be Water my Friend.” Flow is about being consistent, yet flexible. We want Flow to represent our core tenets: Accuracy, Technology, Transparency, Stability and Customer Service. It is our duty to deliver for all of our clients.
